We stock an extensive selection of products across our 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse, including janitorial supplies, hardware, safety equipment, plumbing, electrical and lighting, tools, lumber, flooring, kitchens, paint, office furniture, and supplies. On any given day we carry close to half a million products in various sizes and colors. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive to offer competitive prices and will make every effort to honor advertised pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout based on your location.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed in-store, by phone, or through our website. We accept major forms of payment including credit and debit cards. All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. i-Supply Hardware & Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with details of your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to quick turnarounds and prompt fulfillment of all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Certain products such as special orders, cut materials, or hazardous goods may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate products for their specific needs. While our experienced staff is available to assist with product recommendations based on your landlord and maintenance requirements, the final selection and application of any product remains the customer's responsibility. i-Supply Hardware & Supplies is not liable for any damages resulting from improper product use or installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i-Supply Hardware & Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
